At Wood Planet Interior, we take great care to ensure your furniture is crafted and delivered in perfect condition. However, in the rare case that a product is found to be damaged or defective before delivery, we offer a straightforward return process:
Conditions for Return:Damaged or Defective Product Only:
Returns are accepted only if the product is found to be damaged, broken, or has manufacturing defects before delivery.
Inspection at the Time of Delivery:
We request all customers to inspect the product at the time of delivery. If any visible damage or defect is noticed:
Inform our delivery team immediately.
The product will be taken back and replaced or repaired at no extra cost.
No Return After Acceptance:
Once the product is delivered and accepted by the customer, returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size/color choice, or usage-related damage.
Proof Required:
For verification, clear photos/videos of the damage must be shared immediately before the product is accepted.
